What happens after I order my course?
Once we have received your payment through Worldpay, we will contact you with a username and a password. These are valid for two weeks and will allow you to access your course online. To login, select your course from the list on the right and enter your user details.
I have received my login details but I cannot access my course. What should I do?
Please check the confirmation email we sent you. Login names and passwords are case-sensitive and should be typed in exactly as they appear in the e-mail. If you still cannot access your course, please email Terri Schabel or call her on 01663 744409.
How long do the courses normally take?
The Plain English and Grammarcheck courses take about 13 hours and the three shorter courses (Design, Web writing and Introducing business writing) take about four to five hours to complete.
Do the online courses contain a scored test?
The courses contain various questions and exercises. We are updating and redesigning some of the courses at the moment and will be introducing a proper scored test at the end of each one.
Do I get a certificate at the end of the course?
We don't automatically send a certificate to everyone who completes an online course. However, if you would like one, please contact us and we will be happy to send a certificate by email, free of charge.
Can I change my start date if I have already booked my course?
Yes you can. Please contact Terri Schabel and she will arrange this for you.
My organisation would prefer to be sent an invoice rather than paying by credit card - is this possible?
Yes it is. Please contact Terri Schabel and she will send you a booking form to fill in. Please note that the course must be paid for before we can send you your password.
