In-house training for 20 people. There is no charge for the course but you must pay £150 plus VAT for the trainer's expenses and administration, plus any necessary accommodation costs. (If you are based outside mainland UK, you must pay the actual travel costs.)

Each following year
50 free places on our online courses.

Standard membership
(covers a whole council, government department or large company)
£6000 + VAT £3000 + VAT A free in-house training course for up to 20 people each year.
There is no charge for the course but you must pay £150 plus VAT for the trainer's expenses and administration, plus any necessary accommodation costs. (If you are based outside mainland UK, you must pay the actual travel costs.) You cannot carry over courses or places from one year to another.
Small business membership
(covers a small business with fewer than 50 employees)
£4000 + VAT £2000 + VAT Three free places on any of our open course each year.
Single-department membership
(covers a single council, university or communications department)

£2000 + VAT £1000 + VAT One free place on any of our open courses each year.

Or, ten free online course places every year.
Partnership
(covers sole traders or partnerships with a turnover of less than £500,000 a year)
£1500 + VAT £750 + VAT Five free places our online courses each year.


Charity membership
(only covers registered charities)
£500 + VAT £500 + VAT Five free places our online courses each year.
