Irish Life's 'Plain English Programme' was chosen as one of the best 10 examples of innovative best practice in corporate social responsibility from almost 200 case studies collated by BITCI (Business in the Community Ireland) from 2003-2008.


Irish Life teamed up with the Plain English Campaign to ensure all their written communication is written in plain English to the benefit of their customers.
