We have worked with many banks, building societies and other financial organisations to improve their public information and how they present it. Some people say that it is the financial world that produces most unnecessary jargon and gobbledygook. It is certainly the industry that most affects people's everyday lives.

Whether it is a credit-card application form, or a letter to a shareholder, all financial documents that are aimed at the general public should be as clear and accessible as they possibly can be.
